Russell Wilson ties Peyton's mark

It wasn't the same kind of game the 12th Man has become accustomed to over the past three weeks — y'know, an absolute blowout — but the Seahawks were able to get it done anyway, taking the lead late in the fourth

In a defensive struggle, Seattle ended the regular season on a high note.

The Seattle Seahawks won all eight home games this season, heading to the playoffs on a roll.

The team was 3-5 on the road. Three of those defeats came against NFC West opponents in the first seven weeks of the season. The Seahawks have won their last two road games largely because zone-read plays have pushed their offense into another gear.

Russell Wilson was rather quiet in Sunday's win against the Rams, but he still accomplished a lot. His 10-yard TD pass to Michael Robinson gave him 26 this season, tying Peyton Manning's mark for most by a rookie. Here's a look:
