•Most common complaint

•Blood cultures should be drawn for bacteria, fungus, atypical mycobacteria and CMV

•Lymphoma when organomegaly and marked lymphadenopathy present

•Chest X-ray for pneumocystis carinii infection

•Serum cryptococcal antigen for fungal infection
